KNOW OUR FOUNDER

In the year 2010, I began as a housewife, exceptionally passionate about doing something in my life but that something was not clear. As advised by my father-in-law, in the year 2012, we chose a Montessori School for my daughter. One day while interacting with her teacher, I was struck by one of her sentence and resonated continuously in mind. She said, “A child imitates what the elders do”. This sentence was imprinted in my mind and I pledge to evolve as the true role model for my children.

I started involving myself in the best activities which I can accomplish and started to improve on them. This added a sense of purpose to my life. During the day, I scheduled my household chores and during nights I worked to improve myself which by now has turned into my passion. I self-trained myself as an artist and covered every area of painting, art and craft.

Gradually, I started giving classes for paintings at my residence as SSKY ARTZ. SSKY is an acronym for Sunil, Shweta, Kanak, Yanik.

After few years, I felt fitness was lacking in me so I became decided to practice Yoga and in year 2016 I got professional Yogini certificate. My children also got inspired and started to follow me and practiced Yoga. This again turned into my passion and sequentially I wanted to share this knowledge with other children.

Arts

• Founder - sskyartz institute 2012.

• Solo and group art exhibitions in Rainbow art gallery and Kalakruti art gallery.

• Taught Calligraphy for 3 years in St. Anns college.

• Point perspective, cartooning, 3d pencil sketching for 2 years in Nasr school.

• Worked as Illustrator in Vikas high school.

• Conducted 100+ workshops in oil painting, acrylic painting, Tanjore painting, portrait making, 3d paintings, pencil sketching, in schools, colleges, communities and societies.

• Summer camps having 20+ activities.

• Worked as art directress in Taraporewalla’s Montessori and High School.

• Indian art exhibition in association with Taraporewallas Montessori.
